Laverne & I did something different last Sunday. And amazingly, it was quite fun!

But before that, Cell Group Punishment!

Anyways, what Laverne and I did was.....

WE WENT TO A BASKETBALL GAME!

Yes, its random. But Wen Fei asked us to go, so we thought lets try out some thing new. We keep on asking him questions like, who against who, are you playing, which team is better, which team got more leng chai (Laverne), what is that sound (the buzzer), etc etc.

BUT IT WAS FUN!

It was the final match of the season playoff between Malacca Chin Woo and Bintulu Rainbow. Me and Jun Man supported Bintulu Rainbow, while Laverne and Wen Fey supported Malacca Chin Woo. BTW, there are only four teams in a league during the round-robin. And all of them were in the semis. LOL. Anyway.. pictures! Sorry for the bad quality. I need to bring my camera out more often next time...

Well just a few updates here

1. Already living in Savanna with my studio set up! Laverne, Debbie and Gordon came over yesterday for some practice and recording works.

2. Work has been amazing and achived my target for 2 quarters!

3. Sold off my w960i and got a E71. However, E71’s camera sucks and i lost my camera battery charger! Time to get a new ~~battery charger~~ CAMERA! aiming for Canon’s D500.

4. I need to loose my middle kingdom. Hold me accountable.

First day at work

I went in at 8.00am. Aiseh super early. Work starts at 830 am. Hopefully I can keep this up for the rest of my life.

My company is located in Pusat Bandar Damansara, so I left house at 7.25 am and reached there around 750. Not very the jam and no toll! Thank God for Garmin.

I had training the whole day. I met my boss and he gave me a big file and asked me to read up on epilepsy and he said, “Dun call me boss, call me Eric..” keke.. So used to calling my superior Boss/Pastor so not used to it…

So I spend the whole day in the resource room reading about Epilepsy and I got bored. So I curi take picture abit..

Anyways.. when it was almost 5pm, as I was diligently reading (really), my regional sales manger came in the room and shook my hand. He was quite friendly and he asked me, “How was everything?” “Did you meet your boss?” etc etc..

He then said that he saw my picture in the LCD screen at the lobby (they put a LCD screen at the lobby for announcement). So this was my picture.

“You look like gangster. How come you never comb your hair?”

Oops. Memang pun. I gave them my picture that I took last year when I just had a funky haircut and my hair was still long.

“Ok ok.. I will change.. He he..”

“No rush, no rush..” he said.

err…. Better not..

So I went back at 540pm, and paid the parking ticket. I took out Rm10, and the amount on the machine was

RM38.00!!!

Lucki can claim. If not.. die.

So i quickly rushed to Sunway and took a new photo………

YES! My new house is almost ready.. After 2 years of waiting and waiting and looking out the balcony (you’ll know what i mean later), the house is in its renovation phase now.

Poing’s house again!

Poing’s house has been our favourite hang out place for these few weeks. As most of us right now are free (summer holidays, looking for job, preparing to go AUS) we have been having games night at Poing’s at least once a week. Taboo and Pictionary are our favourites.

However yesterday we decided to have a chit-chat gathering. As Poing is leaving to Australia soon, we decided to just sit down, chit chat and just to catch up (of course got fish cakes from Poing’s mum to fill Tony’s stomach :p). Initially we thought, what happen when we chat until nothing else to chat then i look at you and you look at me? We thought maybe we can go for a late night movie in case that happens.

Walau bagaimanapun, once we started chatting, from Shim’s ipod drumming to Achmed and Salim, times seems to fly by very the fast. We didn't even realize that its already 1am when we decided to leave. We didnt even have the “I look at you and you look at me” moment. Its great to have a bunch of friends just sitting down and chit chat. Most of us come from different places and different age (only me) but we can still talk about a lot of things.

Well, Michy and Poing is going to Aussie, Jo, Alvin and Jin Seon will be doing their honors, Shim and Tony finishing their degree, Manda, Wen Han and I will be starting work soon. We are going our separate ways now but I really hope that this friendship would remain intact (suddenly emo). I’m sure i will be much more busier once i start work but i sure do miss them.

WEN HAN! If you read this post, we wanna go to your house next!

This time when i came back hometown, i am very blessed because i have the option to drive any of the 4 cars! My parents and family are away for vacation so i got all their keys.

Firstly the my old faithful SLK (Small Little Kancil)

Then my ex-girlfriend Proton Waja 1.6

Then mom’s BMW 523i

and finally dad’s Mercedes E200.

Of all of them which one i like to drive the most? Don’t bother about the Waja, it is parked so deep in the house, i am too lazy to drive it out.

Let us look at my SLK.

Air condition quite cold but have to turn clockwise or anticlockwise for direction of air. No power steering. 0-100 in 1 minute (jz jk.. i never tried). Normal cushioned seat. Modified Pioneer CD-player. The tweeters broke down.

Manual transmission. Handbrake quite tight.

Manually adjusted left side mirror. Spoilt.

Really cool high school badge car sticker. Once a collegian always a collegian! :P

Next we have the BMW 523i

Cool dash board. Personal-controlled air condition temperature. Bluetooth handsfree that is connected to the radio. Radio volume control on the steering wheel. Comfortable leather seats.

Automatic transmission with shift-tronic (dunno whether if its spelt that way. Forgive me if i spelt it wrongly). Makes whole lot of noises if you leave your seat while in neutral position.

Alot of things can be adjusted from here. Quite fun.

You can even check the engine oil level.

The all-so-important cruise control. Gave my feet so much rest during the drive to Penang.

Automatically adjusted seat position. You just need to push it forward or backward to adjust your seat. After you had your best position, put it into memory. You can get the same position back every time you come drive this car.

Lets check out the Mercedes

Radio looks more cool than the BMW. Can adjust your own air cond temperature and air flow too. However no interactive screen. Also have cruise control. Alot of buttons on the steering wheel. Some i also dunno its function.

Seat adjustment at the door. This time can even adjust your head rest.

Check this out. When you stick the key in the keyhole, the seat will move forward and steering wheel move down. When you pull out the key, the seat will move backward and steering wheel up so that its easier for you to alight the vehicle.

Retro style automatic transmission gear stick. Makes me feel like a racer. BTW, the acceleration is so powderful. I can chase my friend’s kancil. :P

Really cool night lamp that are always on at night only so that your car wont be so dark at night.

You guys must be thinking, what the hell? Let me tell you why..or what the hell.

Like what Peter Parker’s uncle says, “With great power comes great responsibility. And with great responsibility comes great stress.” (The last part i add myself)

Yes. Stress la drive my parents car. Firstly scared kena scratch. Everywhere i go, must find good parking. Cannot illegal park scared people scratch. And to find good parking, you must pay.

I cant leave the car and go cyber-cafe without feeling stress. Stress people steal the car la, break in la, even though the car got alarm system but i still feel the stress. That’s why i play dota keep on kena own. No i am not noob. :P

To get to my house, got 8 speed-bumps. I have to slow down everytime I go pass a bump. Alor Star roads are full of pot-holes. I felt like i’m in a bumper car trying to avoid the pot-holes. In my Kancil, i can drive like Jin Chong. kekeke. Summor manual. What else? The bumps all kena harassed by me.

As canggih as it gets, banyak problem also. Really scared to rosakkan the car.

The BMW just service only, come out this notification. =.=

This is the Benz. What malfunction? I also dunno. Moreover, initially i keep on trying to off the night lamp in the car. Scared that battery flat. I am really sua-tu (babi hutan / forest pig).

So thats why Kancil is the best. ;)

Greetings from Alor Star!

It has been emm.. how to say.. exciting? few days back home. My parents and siblings were all away to Vietnam and China. Yup i stayed back home.

Let me bring you to a mini-tour around Alor Star and what i have been doing for these few days.

This is the Old Town White Coffee Cafe. Our favourite hang out place, also many other youngsters in Alor Star. This is the Starbucks in Alor Star. (yeah yeah i know Alor Star no Starbucks)

The second branch in Alor Star, also packed with people but with more elderly people.

The couple that i have been hanging out with almost everyday in Alor Star. Yeah.. big lamp post I am.

599 All the famous food in Alor Star closed. This one is our plan B. However.. fantastic food either way.

After we makan, we realised that we forgot to take picture of the food. :P

Restoran Wah Tua Guan.. Great food there too!

REX Theater. Used to be the place where we go for movies when we were young. But it has turned into a snooker cum video game place right now.

Herbal tea store. Its like a Chinese sifu where you tell him your health problems and he prescribe you the drink with Chinese medicine. Kenny took one that cost him RM 6. He seemed to have quite good business due to Chinese gluttony during Chinese New Year.

While waiting for the drink, there seemed to be a commotion nearby. We saw a samseng slapping a guy on crutches. We were staring for quite a while when the samseng suddenly saw us. we quickly cabut. That’s the picture i took before we left. keke.

Anyway, after Langkawi, i have been busy with Asia Conference then hanging around looking for jobs, meeting up with contractors to renovate my new house.

This morning I woke up early, sent Laverne to work and then went to Alison Coffee Shop in Sri Petaling for breakfast.

Yes, I was eating alone, enjoying my coffee and eating my Hakka mee when I overheard the conversation at the next table.

It was a breakfast session between a Chinese boss with his Malay workers. He told his workers, "Itu tepi sana, itu church ah.. You pergi-lah." (Next door, there is a church. You go-lah). When he talked about church, it caught my attention. So I decided to listen further.

"Itu sana ada satu Ah Moi... Itu Ah Moi ada angkat itu bayi." (There is a lady, and she's carrying a baby) I was thinking hard on what he is trying to tell his workers.

Suddenly it struck me. Since when Mother Mary became Ah Moi???

I was so tired yesterday that i went to bed early. After laughing at Tai Loong because Liverpool beat Chelsea, I turned off my lights and went to bed.

The towel and my jeans were on top of my study chair. So I went to bed at 1230pm.....

... I was awakened in the middle of the night. I quite fresh. I was kinda frustrated. It must be my nocturnality again. "I just cant sleep at night!" I said to myself. Rolling around on bed, finally I decided to go to the loo. When I got up, my room looked different. It was dark, yes, but dun remember it looking that way when i went to bed.

WHAT HAPPENED? (*btw i took the pictures this morning to illustrate what had happened. I'm not so crazy taking pictures at night)

I look at the clock. 530am.

Who came into my room? Kenny (my housemate) never come into my room when I was asleep. My sister? Impossible, she wasn't home few days already. Thief? Nothing was lost. My wallet, laptop and ipod are all on the table.

Yeah, exams exams exams. Study study study! Feeling lazy so i decided to post this random post.

I browse through my handphone photo gallery and i found these few pictures.

My favourite noodle stall in Alor Star. Yes. ITS THAT CHEAP! Rm1.50 is big plate, RM1.00 is small plate. and i usually order 2 big plates!

A normal person would order 1 normal plate.. but fat guy like me.. nyahahhaha... i dun care. Really nice... but not that extravagantly nice lar.. but for 1.50 its nice la. Come to Alor Star i bring you there.

On Sunday, i borrowed my car to Laverne cause she need to go a few places and travel quite abit because she had to work on that day. But then i forgot to take out my house keys and apartment key card so i cant go home. I was so tired as I only slept for 1-1.5 hours the day b4.

As i was in Kelana Jaya after sending members back after cell group, I ended up in tai loong's house playing Guitar Hero on his huge TV and his PS3. woo hoo.. here's the view of the house.

This weekend for the Dance My Love musical, our church hit our record attendance!

Moreover, my subzone's attendance was 104 people! woo hoo~ praise God!

Thank you to all my cell group members who worked hard and invite their friends for this musical. I am sure all of them are blessed by the dance musical and I was really impressed with the production. The standard went up higher this time around!

BTW, if you were wondering what is a cell group or if you think cell group is boring, wait till you check this clip out! hahah

I thought about something as I was reconnecting my fax machine in replace of the house phone earlier on as my mum tried to fax something over. "Why don't you just leave your fax there and use it as the house phone?" You may ask.

Well, when you connect the fax machine to the phone line using a splitter so that you can connect your modem as well might cause disturbances to your Internet connection. As in you cant open any webpage at all. And this will get from bad to worse until you have totally no connection. Why? I don't know. I learnt this when I was working part time 2 years ago.

I remembered at that time I was working as a telephone technician for a telecommunications company where they offer cheap IDD calls. So what I do is that I'll fix this certain device to the telephone so that when they call/fax to outstation numbers, it will be cheaper than what TM normally would charge.

There was this one customer who called me up complaining that our device causes the Internet connection to be disconnected. And she threatened to terminate the usage of our device. When I got there she keep on scolding and scolding me. ( Streamyx guys, i feel you )

When I saw that she uses the splitter to connect to her fax, I explained to her. And she keep on asking why.. and I couldn't answer her and I just said its like that. Well she's not satisfied and blamed our company and wanted to terminate the contract. What to do, I just disconnect the device and let her solve her ~~stubbornness~~ problem herself.

There was even one customer that wouldn't let me go until I solved the problem (but this is a different case, nothing to do with splitter). Someone who came earlier screwed up the phone system and I am inexperienced to fix it. she said, "I don't care! You cant leave until you fixed the problem!" Luckily my colleague helped me and called the lady and explained to her.

What I learnt from this is that whenever we face a problem, we deal with the problem, not the person. We attack the problem not the person. We solve the problem not dissolve the person.

Unless the problem is the person him/herself.

Graduating in 2 months. Working world here I come!

Emerge Talentime Semi-Finals

After so many practices.. after so many changes.. we managed to get into the semi-finals of Emerge Talentime 2008. This then was followed up by more and more practices, more and more changes. We finally put this up during the semi-final night...

It was FANTASTIC!!! we really enjoyed ourselves and guess what?

WE ARE IN THE FINALS!!!

We actually never expected this to happen. We went into this competition just wanting to do our best and have fun. Also some exposure to all of us to play on a stage so that we can have more stage experience. We never even expect to pass the prelims!

Well here we are now in the finals.. still thinking of what song to do next. We have finally agreed on one so hopefully this will entertain the crowd even more!

As I grow up, the more friends I met, the more organizations I see, the government that I experienced, the more teachers that have taught me, the more people that I interact with and the more materials that I have used, no matter how good they claim themselves to be, I realized that they are still imperfect. They have flaws, weakness and they do not last long. Sometimes they are just a disappointment.

Even I myself am imperfect. So choosing to rely on them/these is just wasting of my time, effort, energy and its heartbreaking.

But God is perfect. Only He is perfect.

Through fighting and screaming at each other. Yes, including shameful racist remarks. Since I was in primary school, my teachers has always been telling (more like brainwashing) me that Malaysia is a peaceful country and Malaysia is a special country where all the races can live in harmony with one another.

But the leaders in the country are not practicing those rights and giving racist remarks all the time. How do you expect your countrymen not to be racist? By these videos, I feel that our country is just like one big long house.

That is why I don't like politics.

Sparks For Laughter

Oh yeah... I do play in a band apart from playing in church. Sparks of Laughter we are. Initially Cookie Jar. And after a long long break, we started jamming again. This time i switch roles to acoustic guitar. In the bright lights video, Jo (lead guitarist) got me rolling on the floor.

As I stumbled upon these photos, lying around on my messy desktop full of unimportant icons which I think I might use it one day, I decided to just blog it.

Cute right! How come I got so many balloons? 3 are for my birthday. Notice the date there? Yes, the bottom one. the top one is date processed. So remember my birthday.. Another three is because of my left leg. My mum wanted to "tam fan" or as a pity gift. What happened to your leg???

Jin Chong is a good boy. Tell your neighbour, " Jin Chong is a good boy!" He learned how to be independent even when he was 2 years old. Tell your neighbour, "Wow! Amazing!" Yes... He even loves to drink MILO. Therefore : Good boy + Independent + Loves to drink MILO = Tries to make his own MILO. And guess what happen? Yes.. Cooked leg from the hot kettle. Thank you thank you! See how sweet the smile.

Look at the floor. You think floor board ar? hahahha.. of course not. Its just a very big piece of PVC type mat which traps water underneath when our house got flooded. And me being naughty (did I said I was a good boy?) will peel the mat open. It stinks so bad that my dad changed to rubber tiles.

Why do people backslide?

I believe one of the reasons is that certain Christians are just fake. Not being real. Never practice what they preach. Holier than thou. "You have high fever? I'll pray for you." "Your family member pass away? My condolences to you and your family, I'll pray for the dead one." "Your car breakdown? In the middle of the KESAS at night? I'll pray for you."

Thanks but no thanks. What is the point preaching about love, Jesus love you, I love you with the love of God, church welcomes you, but when during trouble times, the only thing that the person receives is an sms saying I'll pray for you? Sometimes we literally treat the lost as a harvest. JUST RAKE THEM IN! And keep in the barn. Keep in the storehouse. When it rots, throw it away. How to keep on staying in a church that is full of fake people? When they leave, the fingers are pointed at them, labeling them "backslider".

Sad to say, that even certain non-believers are better people than Christians themselves. They wait for your food to come before they start eating. They visit you in hospitals , at your side when you are crying, calling tow-trucks when your car breaks down and offer you a ride home, celebrates with you when you are victorious.

However not all Christians are like that. I felt so touched by my US-friends who keeps on emailing me and messaging me asking me to go back there and saying that they miss me. While I was there, they treated me the best-est and made sure that I always have a happy stomach. They bring me around despite their busy schedules, and a family treated me like one of them. When I was in LA, I met up with a bunch of Malaysians whom I just met for the second time, and they sacrificed their time, spend me meals, bring me around, let me stay with them, and made sure I was ok all the time. I felt being taken care like a 10 year old child but I like it! That shows that they are REAL people, they are FRIENDS not just Brothers or Sisters in Christ.

I really hope that i will never ever be a fake Christian, and i wouldn't want to accidentally be one to. If i happen to act like that do let me know. I love REAL people. And i want to be one too.

When emotions is brought into the equation of our actions, the brain stops malfunctioning. Brain stops being rational. It may be love, infatuation, anger, hatred, sorrow or anxiety. That's why some people commit suicide.

But what's more powerful is when you are able to suppress that feeling, overcome it with discipline and rationality, and do the things that you should do. Doing the right thing. Which will then cause you to feel good at the end of the day.

Happy Easter everyone..

Just feel like reviving this blog.

Today is a special day. Today is the day when Jesus was resurrected, He lives again. I went for service today, had cell group and did a counseling case. It is a season of counseling and season of strengthening sheeps. Going to have another one on Tuesday.

As I was talking to my member, I asked the person, what is God's revelation for you today? Sometimes we get too mechanical and too in a rut while we serve God, therefore we lost the real reason we come to service and come to cell group. The reason we attended service and cell group is because we have to? Cell leader ask to? Pastor scold if we don't attend? People gossiping saying that we are backsliding if we don't? Or we really want to come and learn the word of God and encounter God and hear Him speak to us? Are we here to carry the offering bucket around to serve or are we coming to meet God? Are we here to strum the chords on our guitar or are worshipping Him? Is our heart complaining about the imperfection of the church or are our heart seeking after the perfect God?

As I watched Andrew (Jesus in drama production) being whipped, screaming and wailing in 'pain', tears wells up in my eye. I was telling Laverne that no matter how many times we watched the drama, no matter how we know the ending would be, we will still tend to tear.

It was when it hit me. Even though I knew it already, even I have heard it, read it, listened to it so many times. It was like God speaking to me at that time. Jesus still endures the pain, the whip, the suffering while knowing that you will still sin against Him. I imagined when Jesus stared at betraying Peter, while thinking, "I still do this for you, even though you break my heart."

So God, I came to church knowing that my desire is not to be on stage strumming my new Les Paul. Not to be appearing on HTV so people would know and see me. Not to preach to people so that they would come and thank me for changing their lives. But God, it was because of what you did for me that i honor you now with my service, i honor you now by tending your sheep and feed your lambs. Thank You Jesus for the cross..

Laverne and I would always admire old couples. Whenever we went out dating or having lunch or dinner at coffee shops, our hearts would be melted when we see old couples still together eating and chatting. Different couples have different actions. Some would still be chatting and some wouldn't talk at all and just slowly slurping their "koay teow soup" or their "kopi o". If i wasn't mistaken, there was once i saw an old couple holding hands under the table. wooooo hooo! how sweet!

Today i have an encounter with them again. Just want to blog it for memory sake. This afternoon Greg came over to take something from me. As i was walking back to the lift, i saw the lift door closing. I managed to push the lift button in time and the door reopened. Inside the lift, there was a puzzled old couple wondering what had happened. I giggled in my heart looking at their reaction.

The old man smiled at me and i smiled back. Then i realized that they haven't press the floor number yet. I pressed "5". The old lady says, "fai tit kam yee la, fai tit kam yee la" (faster press 2, faster press 2). hahaha... so cute. by the time they press the lift door already closed (the lift door wont close that fast if you didn't press the close button, if you get what i mean). I was abit worried there that if they press too late the lift will go up to my floor first.

Very strong smell of ointment in the lift which reminds me about my grandma. Finally the lift reached 2nd floor. The old man pressed the close button. Both of them panicked. Then i realized the old lady is holding a walking stick and she walks very slowly. The old man quickly pressed the open button and let his wife out first. What a gentleman! The old man then turned around and smiled at me indicating to me to hold the lift door. I quickly held the open button and look at the old man walking slowly out. He then turn around again and wave to me. I waved back and gave him a smile. hahahahha... I felt happy just looking at them. On my way up to my floor i was thinking how to blog this. ;)

Laverne not yet my wife... (will be in near future, see if she wants to marry me or not) This wife, i marry for about almost 7 years now. She has been faithful.

My friends keep on asking whats her name. But i also don't know. I only call her my electric guitar.

Yes. My ESP Ltd MH-100. Made in Taiwan. No longer manufactured. My faithful wife. However she's not my first wife. My first wife is Yamaha EG101 which i left it in hometown. I want to bring her back. Latest news i've heard from Alor Setar, my brother used it as self defense weapon. Apparently he heard some noise downstairs in the living room one night and he thought was some thieves. So yah.. I dunno whether the guitar was 'hurt' in the process.

Back to my second wife. She's quite old already. (guitar life also x7 years like dog life? i dont know) Look at the rust at the screws (dun think you can see it). But she still looks beautiful.. muahhh...

However, one day while bringing her to church, i accidentally injured her. You can call me mean or evil but it was an accident. I put her head to a rotating fan. I'm sorry dear.. So she had a big scar at her forehead.

Look at her E string. Came out edy. But luckily she's smart and comes with a locking system. Therefore i still can strum her.. woo hoo! Maybe its time to get a third wife? Nyahahaha.. i will still love you ok. 2 is better den 1 and 3 is better than 2.

The Red Door

There was once a beautiful red door. This door is the only way into a wonderful city, full of people, full of joy, full of happiness with mysteries yet revealed.

And its about time that the city needs expand and grow whereby the city need to be connected to other cities, have mutual understanding with people around it. The door begins to open and receive people from outside.

However, thieves and robbers started to come in. They poison the people there, kill their child and destroy their homes. People are living in chaos and there is restlessness in the atmosphere.

Soon the people decided that the red door must be guarded. Therefore it was heavily guarded and only certain people can go through that door. The door has also been reinforced with metal and steel and it is no longer the beautiful door as before. It looks mean, dirty and angry.

But somehow, intruders still managed to slip in. They went in when they are off guard. Chaos still happen in the city. People are crying out. Something must be done.

Finally, the door is shut tight. The city is totally cut off from the outside. No way in, no way out. Nothing can be shared, nothing can be received. The door looks really run down. Since the door had shut, there is a different problem in the city. Instead of the chaos thats happening, the people start to die. They need the good things from the outside. They need food drinks and clothes that they get from the outside. They couldn't switch back to what was before. The people there has been infected with diseases. They started to act weird and started to kill themselves.

Due to desperation and some of the sane people left in the city, the door finally opens again. But this time around, can the city withstand the intruders?

i wonder who do people blog? i wonder why do i blog?

Some people do it for fun, some do it to waste their time, others just want to be heard. For me blogging is another method we express ourselves, just like singing, dancing and acting. You could say it is a form of art. Well many people may have different opinions about blogging and some may not agree with what i think. SCREW YOU! ITS MY THOUGHT NOT YOURS!

Recently, my uni has came out with some guidelines for blogging. WHAT? YOU ARE TRYING TO TELL ME HOW TO LIVE MY LIFE? eh, chill chill... Due to some blogs that are offensive or maybe criticizing the lecturers, the uni has come up with guidelines to teach us how to blog. Initially i was like " what is this, now you have guidelines and rules on how we want to express ourselves and what we want to write? Its our personal blog not yours." so i didn't even bother to finish reading the whole email that the university sent to all the students.

However i came to realize that there are reasons why the university do these. You see our words are our bond, and man (human i mean) should hold accountable and be responsible to whatever they are saying. Life and death arises from the power of the tongue. The words we speak (or write) could leave an impact to others, either positively or negatively. I started to understand that the university is not trying just to protect other people, but the blogger himself/herself.

Sometimes we don't realize that the things that we say are 'creative'. What i meant was we can create something by just us speaking. Martin Luther King created a change by giving one of the most famous speech, "I have a dream...". Words can stir emotions and gives encouragement and energy to one. However words also can tear down and hurt someone. It can cause destruction too. I am sure terrorist leaders have their famous speeches as well. If not how could one be convinced to take up the job to hijack a plane or strap dynamites to himself/herself? I wouldn't want to surrender my life and blow myself up for no reason.

I dont think there is such thing as "i take back my words" or "i delete this blog entry". I also dont believe in "sticks and stones may break my bone, but words can never hurt me". You can say you are not hurt but you are angry inside without knowing it. As i've said earlier, you never know what your words can create if you just throw it out without much thinking and consideration. That is why the university is setting up guidelines for these people who dont think and vomit out their words through their stomach without passing through the brain. You will still be childish if you don't hold responsibility of what you say and expect your lecturers and parents to clean up after you.

I believe that blogging should be taken seriously as well as we might not know who will read our blog. I dont know about you but words have changed my life and influenced me to make certain decisions in life. However, i still cant decide for you on how you want to speak or blog but your words are your bond.

Its been a month since i have blogged. So much has happened and its all good. Happiest of all, my cell group multiplied! Finally after about 2 years taking over the cell group, we are ready for multiplication. Praise God, that still the attendance was high during the SJC Rocks weekend!

Talking about SJC Rocks, what i can say is wow! Our church production never fails to 'wow' me. Alot of hard work has been put into this production and i know that the cast spent sleepless nights practicing for it. City Harvest members are committed bunch of people. I have heard that the funky graffiti background was done by the one students, and the only start work after the drama practice, which is about 10-11pm! My praises to all of them who worked so hard to make SJC a success. Without them, i wouldn't have any breakthrough attendance and also about 5 new friends went up fro altar call in my cell group! Errr.. a musical production can get people saved? why not? We did it!

I am really excited by the change of atmosphere in our church as City Harvest is experiencing revival. People would line up long queues for services or even wait for the next service is the first service is too full. God is moving!

For the past few weeks, i have been bombarded by exams and assignments. Now that they are over (not actually), i need to prepare for my finals which is coming October. I have got good marks for my assignments as well and praise God for the friends that He put around me. Without them helping me i probably would have failed.

It has been a while since I blogged. This page seems so lonely. Its not like multiply where you will know that people would come to visit once in a while.

I am confused. Am i really that busy or i am just stressed up? Am i hitting the ceiling or am i going the wrong way? I hate emo person but i feel like i am a emo person now. I throw tantrums and I retaliate. Sometimes i would just sit down and do nothing, but yet it does not make me happy. Instead i felt guilty for wasting time. I don't want to wake up in the morning.

I believe i am stressed. Am I? If i am, then about what? My studies? maybe. Anatomy test coming. and i am not prepared. I felt like so many things are crying out for my attention. But i just want to put them aside. I need company. I need someone to talk to. I need someone who would really understand me. Just let me vent it out.

Yeah.. i went..
But i went at 1120pm. hehee.. when i reach home i could hear them so loud. so i walked over..
even though i could just see them from the screen outside, but i am impressed.
Actually i went over to learn see how they play music and i can see that they really enjoyed their music. And the sound and the camera shots were so good!
Concert feeling is always fun. That is why people would pack themselves with so many sweaty people. Just for the atmosphere.
There is something to learn here. Great atmosphere attracts people. Presence of God attracts people too..

Poor thing. Less than 1 year old, being abused my the master. Scratches all around because dropped on the floor more than 100 times. Recently just drop into a puddle of water. Screen protector change twice already. Now Samsung SGH-D820 is "merajuk-ing". Sometimes it will off by itself. Sometimes it would not on. Sometimes, it will off when i need it to on for alarm clock!

I'm so sorry. Please don't treat me like this. I will treat you better. (alasan starts here) Its just that you are so cute and tiny and light that i didn't notice you so i dropped you. Its not my fault. Please work. I will need to send you for checkups soon. I will love you more. Don't fail me. Anyone out there know whether is there any casing for this phone?

P/S: this is not a hint to my dad to buy me iPhone. I still love this phone.

Friends.. friends they come and go, but the sweet + bitter memories of them remains in your head.
As i am going back for chinese new year this year, i'm excited to meet up with all my old school friends. Some of them will not be back this time around. People like Joe, Jack and David. They are my closest friends during my high school. all i can do now is to view their friendster and look at their pictures and think to myself, " wow, they are enjoying themselves and having a great time."

Yes, all of them have met new sets of friends and i myself too have a new set of friends and also enjoying myself. But its fun to remember back to those old days where we would escape class together, hanging out together, playing pool + snooker together, and just go for tuition together. Those gossips about people we dont like ;-) gossips about who is attached with who etc etc.. those are all good good memories.

But sometimes when we get too busy, we tend to forget about them and ignored them. Well friends, close and far, fat & thin, rich & poor, close and not so close, sometimes i might have ignored you and forgotten about you, but just want to tell you all that you are still in my mind and i really appreciate the friendship that we had together these years and really really do hope that we still keep in touch.. Take care all of you and i really really hope that we could meet up and catch up with one another again. Hope none of us would be too busy by then ;)

i feel useless.. i feel like a failure. God help me. Wow.. never felt so happy b4. i ate the tastiest indo mee in my life and also drank the nicest iced milo that i have ever had. i got a back massage from my baby too. wow... sweetest moment of my life... *melted*
